Chief Catalyst

Joan is the spark both in her personal and professional life. As a mom of three kids, she keeps it real, can multi-task like no other and has the innate ability to help brands market authentically to Moms. Professionally, Joan is known for her ability to collaborate, gain consensus despite conflicting interests, manage teams and infuse infectious energy. She's always willing to roll up her sleeves and be your partner.

Head Optimist

Brad is the eternal optimist, thinker and facilitator for B12 communications. He cares deeply for clients and is driven by purpose, searching for story narratives that drive human engagement. He lives to ask questions, uncover new opportunities and explore new ideas that illuminate the “why.”
